Soft & Chewy Oatmeal Cookies


This Soft & Chewy Oatmeal Cookie recipe first started out as a recipe that I used for Lactation but then I tweaked it, removing two unnecessary ingredients.

Women looking to help increase their milk supply can still eat these cookies because they contain Oats which are a  well-known galactagogue. You also have the option of adding what you feel will benefit your breast milk supply and production to this recipe; so tweak

These Soft & Chewy Oatmeal Cookies are a delicious and satisfying treat the entire family can enjoy.

Things You’ll Need…


Wet Ingredients

1/2 a Cup of Unsalted Butter, 1/2 a Cup of Granulated Sugar, 1/2 Cup of Brown Sugar, 1 Egg, 1/2 a Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract, and 1/2 a Teaspoon of Cinnamon.

Dry Ingredients

1 Cup of All Purpose Flour, 1/2 a Teaspoon of Baking Soda, and 1/2 a Teaspoon of Salt.


1 & 1/2 Cups of Rolled Oats, 1/2 a Cup of Chocolate Chips, 1/2 a Cup of Dried Cranberries, and 1/2 a Cup of Coconut Flakes.

Lets Get Started…

Preheat the oven to 350°F; Recipe yields about 35 cookies.


Set your timer and bake cookies for 15 minutes @ 350°F


Set cookies aside to cool..I know, I know you want to taste one but just wait a few more minutes.
